Bitcasino Casino Review

Bitcasino has been taking crypto since 2014, making it one of the oldest names we cover. It’s been quite a while since we last updated our review, so we signed back in and went through every page.

And a lot has changed. The wager-free 20% cashback that defined this site is gone, and so is its Curaçao license.

Bitcasino’s promotions page used to be one of the most unusual in crypto. Last time, almost everything here paid out with no wagering requirements.

That era is over. The cashback, the Bitcoin price prediction game, and the Sweden raffle have all been retired.

Now, in their place, you get a conventional match bonus and a rotating set of high-volume races.

Welcome Bonus

New players now get three deposit matches worth up to $5,000 in total. You switch the offer on in the Rewards section before each deposit.

• 1st deposit: 100% up to $1,500
• 2nd deposit: 50% up to $2,000
• 3rd deposit: 100% up to $1,500
• Minimum deposit: $50 for each tier
• Wagering: 30x the bonus, within 7 days of each deposit
• Max bet: $4 while wagering
• Max bonus: $5,000 across all three deposits

The 30x applies only to the bonus, which is kinder than most. But your whole deposit stays locked until you finish wagering.

The middle tier is the expensive one. You’d need to deposit $4,000 to max out that 50% match.

And slots are the only games that count in full. Live game shows count 20%, live and table games count 10%, and Originals don’t count at all.

The real catch sits elsewhere. Bitcasino’s Loyalty Club terms say play with an active bonus earns no loyalty points.

So we asked support. The first reply said we’d keep earning points for eligible bets while wagering.

But when we quoted the terms back, support agreed. Play with an active bonus “does not generate level points or reward points.”

So every bonus week freezes Loyalty Club progress. That trade-off belongs on the offer page.

Instead, it’s the kind of clause buried deep in casino bonus terms and conditions.

Other Ongoing Promotions

The rest of the calendar rewards volume. Most of it runs as timed campaigns, so expect the lineup to rotate.

Rakeback only starts at $1,000 of weekly wagering. And the streak race asks for $1,000 a day on slots, so these are high-roller promotions.

Support did tell us that Loyalty Club milestone rewards are wager-free. That’s the last piece of the old Bitcasino still standing, and it’s worth protecting.

Available Games

Just look at the lobby, which is the clearest improvement since our last visit. Bitcasino now lists 9,000+ games from 72 studios, up from around 7,000 last time.

And two of the big names we said were missing have arrived.

Slots and Casino Games

Games Global is now the biggest studio in the lobby, with more than 800 titles. That’s the old Microgaming catalog, which was absent when we last looked.

And Red Tiger follows with more than 350 games. NetEnt and Nolimit City add a few hundred more.

So the provider gap we flagged in our last review has closed.

Filters cover jackpots, Megaways, hold-and-win games, bonus buys, and crash titles. There’s even a lottery category, which is rare enough to mention if you’re hunting Bitcoin lottery games.

Live Casino

The live floor runs on Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Winfinity, and Ezugi.

So far, Evolution supplies the most tables, with Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette both on the floor. We’d try Winfinity’s Bar Roulette 2000x first.

One studio has gone, though. Bombay Live, whose theatrical Baccarat Baruto we praised last time, no longer appears in the studio list.

We’ll miss that one. But the live floor is far deeper than it used to be, so the trade still favors you.

Bitcasino Originals

Bitcasino now builds its own games too. There are six Originals, from Dice and Plinko to card games like Blackjack and Hi-Lo.

And all six are provably fair, giving you greater transparency on every round. The server publishes a hashed seed before you bet.

You add your own client seed, and a counter called a nonce tracks each round. Once the round settles, the server reveals the seed so you can recompute the result.

The card games go further than most provably fair card games we’ve seen. The deck order is committed as a hash before any card is dealt.

What’s Missing?

Sadly, Bitcasino still doesn’t have a sportsbook. The Sportsbook link in the footer sends you to a separate sign-up instead.

That’s because Sportsbet.io covers sports and esports betting for this group, on its own site.

And six Originals is a small in-house range. Plenty of crypto casinos build dozens.

Design, Experience, and Mobile

Even the look has changed since our last visit. The old purple theme has given way to a light lobby with orange accents.

But the two features worth knowing about sit inside the cashier.

The Vault is a separate wallet inside your account. You can park funds there, away from your active balance, and move back only what you plan to play with.

That’s a useful budgeting tool, and we’d like to see more casinos copy it.

The cashier also lets you buy crypto directly. Or you can connect an exchange account through Mesh and deposit without copying an address.

Languages and Mobile Play

Bitcasino runs in 12 languages, including Japanese, Thai, and Arabic.

There’s no native app. Bitcasino’s own blog says an app is in development, and there’s no iOS version yet.

Instead, the site points mobile players to its browser version, which carries the same lobby, cashier, and live tables.

So you can take the live floor with you. And it holds up well against other crypto live dealer casinos on a phone screen.

But the first answer on loyalty points contradicted Bitcasino’s own terms. Support corrected it as soon as we pointed it out.

That’s a fair recovery. Still, check the terms before you act on a chat answer about bonuses.

And safer gaming also runs through support. On request, cooling-off starts at 24 hours, and self-exclusion runs from one week to permanent.

The responsible gaming page only describes tools you request through support, which was our complaint last time too. So keep gambling addiction support in mind if play stops feeling fun.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Security

Bitcasino accepts 13 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Tether, and Toncoin. From our connection, the cashier also offered Turkish lira.

Plus, deposits start from $0.25 in USDT or USDC, which is about as low as crypto cashiers go. Withdrawals start at $20.

Crypto withdrawals have no cap. For very large wins, the terms let Bitcasino pay $1,000,000 a week until you’re fully settled.

That’s four times the weekly ceiling we reported last time. Bitcasino says most withdrawals process within minutes, putting the site in the running with instant-payout crypto casinos.

Two rules are worth knowing. You may need to wager each deposit once before you can withdraw.

And a funded account left idle for a year can face a 5% monthly fee.

But the biggest change is the license. Bitcasino moved from Curaçao to an Anjouan gaming license, under a new operator, EZ Spins Ltd.

Bitcasino says nothing changes for players day to day, and balances moved over automatically.

But KYC hasn’t gone anywhere. The terms reserve ID checks once total deposits reach $10,000, and on larger withdrawals.

The terms also bar using any software to reach the site from a restricted country. That list includes the US, the UK, and Australia.

Verdict

Bitcasino has traded its wager-free identity for scale. The lobby is far bigger, and the old provider gaps have closed.

But the new welcome bonus is ordinary. And claiming it pauses the Loyalty Club that made this site different.
