Design, Experience, and Mobile Compatibility

Bspin still runs a dark lobby with an orange logo and a mascot-heavy side menu. Backpocket, Loyalty, and Tournaments each get their own entry.

Still, they don’t always agree with the terms. The payments guide promises zero fees, while the terms let Bspin change the withdrawal fee without notice.

Languages and Mobile Play

The site now runs in over 40 languages, including Arabic, Japanese, Hindi, and Croatian.

On a phone, Bspin works in the browser, and its mobile guide says you don’t need an app. But the poker page offers an Android app for a better table experience.

Plus, everything else, including the cashier and the sportsbook, carries over to mobile.

Customer Service and Support

This is the biggest change since our last review. Live chat now answers, and the support guide promises round-the-clock cover.

Last time, the chat bubble only took messages. This time, an agent greeted us right away, and the first real answer took about two minutes.

So we asked how long manual approval takes after a bonus deposit. Support said the process on Bspin’s side “usually takes up to a couple of hours, and certainly within 24h.”

Then we asked whether smaller withdrawals need KYC. Support told us there’s no need to send anything unless Bspin asks first.

But the safer gambling options haven’t improved. Self-exclusion is still the only tool, and it locks you out for the full period you choose.

Every coin we checked showed a 0 cashout fee, compared with fees on every coin last time. You still pay the blockchain’s own network fee.

But the limits depend on your loyalty rank. The entry rank allows 0.005 BTC a day and 0.08 BTC a month, down from 0.1 BTC a month last time.

And there’s still no withdrawal timeframe in the terms. The payments guide sends bonus users, poker-only players, and live-only players through manual approval.

Bspin’s own site says deposits need no KYC, which puts it among the no-ID crypto casinos we track. But the terms reserve extra checks for withdrawals over about $2,300, and for smaller ones if the license demands it.

Inactive accounts also pay $5 a month after six months without play. And the terms list IP masking among the things Bspin screens for, so only play from a country Bspin accepts.

Bspin is now run by Pixel Gaming Limited under an Anjouan license, ALSI-092404013-FI2. That replaces the Curaçao license and operator from our last visit.

Verdict

Bspin has more than doubled its library, dropped its withdrawal fees, and finally staffed its live chat. Those were three of our biggest complaints last time.

But the withdrawal caps are still among the tightest we see. And the safer gambling tools haven’t moved at all.
