But 50x on spin winnings is steep, so plan on a long session before you can cash anything out.

Welcome Bonus

The match terms bite harder than the banner suggests. Only slots count toward wagering. Live casino, table games, and video poker count 0%, and jackpot games stay locked.

Two max-bet rules apply at once: $5 per bet, and no single bet above 10% of your bonus.

So a $20 deposit earns a $20 bonus, which caps your stake at $2 a spin for $800 of wagering. Clear it, and the most you can withdraw is $200, ten times the bonus.

Your own deposit plays first, and bets with it don’t count toward wagering at all.

Daily Cashback and Rakeback

This is where Justbit’s headline and its fine print part ways.

The banner promises up to 20% daily cashback. But the level table pays nothing at Explorer 1 and 2. Cashback starts at 1% on Explorer 3, capped at $5 a day.

The full 20% only arrives at Legend 16, the last rung on the ladder.

The page also has a contradiction. The cashback terms say there’s no maximum cap on payouts. Yet the table beside them lists a cap for every level.

So we asked support which one applies. Support confirmed the table’s caps apply, and that Explorer 3 tops out at $5 a day.

Cashback carries no wagering and lands daily at 11:00 UTC. But you only qualify with a balance under $10, and with withdrawals below 60% of your deposits. Support told us that the 60% check resets daily.

Rakeback follows the same pattern. It pays up to 15% of the house edge, with no wagering and no expiry. But it starts at 0% on Explorer 1.

Just know that every $1 you bet earns one level point, so the first rungs come quickly.

We like that both rewards pay in cash. But the headline rates belong to the top of the ladder, and new accounts start at zero.

Languages and Mobile Play

Justbit runs in eight languages, including Greek, Norwegian, and Polish.

The Install the App button doesn’t lead to an app store. Instead, it installs Justbit as a web app on your home screen.

On iOS, you add it through the Share menu and Add to Home Screen. The install page also includes an Android button.

So you’ll always run the current version, with nothing to update.

Customer Service and Support

Support runs 24/7 on live chat, and our chat got its first reply in about 20 seconds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Security

Justbit’s cashier holds 23 cryptocurrencies, up from 11 at our last review. Bitcoin comes with a native deposit address.

The minimum Bitcoin deposit is 0.00022 BTC, and the minimum withdrawal is double that.

You can also pay by card or Apple Pay. But fiat deposits can’t be withdrawn as crypto, and crypto deposits can’t be withdrawn as fiat.

Crypto withdrawals carry no published processing time. Fiat withdrawals go through a verification check that can take 48 to 72 hours.

We saw a zero processing fee on a Bitcoin withdrawal. But the terms reserve the right to charge one.

Verification and Account Rules

KYC applies before your first withdrawal, whatever the amount. It also kicks in on a single $2,000 deposit, or $7,500 across a month.

So don’t count on staying anonymous here. The documents come before any payout.

Two account rules are worth knowing. After six months of inactivity, Justbit can charge $10 a month on a positive balance.

A closure request can take up to 72 hours to process. Your account stays active until then, and you’re responsible for any losses during that window.

Justbit holds a Curaçao license under the operator Global Growth LLC. The terms block around 70 countries, including the US, the UK, and Australia.

Self-Exclusion and Limits

Justbit has no self-serve limits in the account. Deposit limits and self-exclusion both run through support.

Self-exclusion starts with an email, which triggers a 24-hour cooling-off period. Support then offers one week, one month, six months, or permanent.

But you have to reply within another 24 hours. If you don’t, the terms say your account reopens.

And as support confirmed, a one-week exclusion lifts automatically when the week ends.

Verdict

Justbit has built a deep lobby and a weekly calendar that rewards returning players.

But its best-known features start at zero. The 20% cashback and 15% rakeback belong to the top of the ladder. And the safer play tools take an email and two replies.
