Katsubet Achievements

Achievements or Tasks Hubs is a relatively new concept in the world of gaming that I am super excited about! BC.GAME has this really cool one that gives you points for specific tasks completed that can eventually be exchanged for cash bonuses so I was really excited to see what the Katsubet Achievements was all about. 

But, it turned out to be a bit of a letdown because although you move forward to unlock new levels, it’s just for fun so there’s nothing in it for you. Fingers crossed they’ll make this more rewarding and interesting in the near future. 

Design, Experience, and Mobile Compatibility

Design-wise it’s pretty standard. You’ll find a predominantly black backdrop with the promotional search options at the top left and your profile and wallet at the top right. 

The games and the game search options are below the usual promotional banner and right at the bottom, you’ll find tabs for the Ts and Cs, and so on. 

What I did find quite annoying is that you can only see the live chat option when you are on your profile page which means that when you navigate away from this page, your chat disappears into thin air. 

Other than the live chat channel, there is only an online contact form and a very basic FAQ page, and no sign of social media pages or an email address whatsoever.

On a positive note, I did find the registration as well as making a deposit incredibly easy and straightforward and I was really surprised by how fast my deposit reflected in my account.

I decided to try out Evoplay’s Bloody Brilliant Slot. 

It is set in an old British smokey pub with an attractive lady in the background and takes you back to East London where mobsters rule the show.

Verdict

Katsubet offers everything you would expect from a crypto casino. The minimum deposit requirements are insanely low, the bonuses and promotions are seriously endless and the game selection is one of the biggest I’ve seen. 

I also appreciate the user-friendliness of the sign-up and deposit process and that you can earn Katsu Points that can be converted to cash bonuses. 

I do feel a bit annoyed with the live chat, not because the agents were incompetent but because it’s really hard to find and only available when you are on your profile page. 

There were also a number of games that didn’t work, maybe because I was playing with an active bonus, and although I think the idea of the Japanese-inspired theme is super cool, I do feel that they could do so much more with this. 

You can play with FIAT as well as crypto, which is always nice to see, and the terms and conditions are clearly stated and easily found.
