Cloudbet Casino Review

Cloudbet opened in 2013, which makes it older than almost every crypto casino we cover. So we went back in to see what over a decade of iteration actually built.

Plenty has changed since our last review. The headline bonus is unrecognizable, and one number quietly halves after your first month.

That last point puts Cloudbet closer to our privacy-first casino shortlist than a site of this size normally gets.

But this updated Cloudbet Casino review found a couple of clauses worth reading first. And both of them sit in the welcome offer.

Bonuses and Promotions

The welcome offer here works unlike anything else we have covered. There is no matching deposit amount, no code needed, and no wagering attached.

Instead, Cloudbet pays you cash for playing across your first 30 days.

That is a real departure from the 5 BTC match this casino used to offer. And it suits many players far better.

The $2,500 Welcome Package

Here is what the Cloudbet welcome bonus currently pays out:

The no minimum deposit aspect is a rare thing to see. But the ceiling is where things get slippery.

We asked support how much you would need to wager to reach $2,500.

The answer: “There isn’t a fixed wagering amount required to reach the full $2,500.”

Support went on to describe the cash drops themselves as discretionary.

And the promo page carries no terms link of its own. So there is nowhere to find expiry windows, exclusions, or contribution rates.

When an offer publishes nothing, the bonus clauses that decide whether an offer is worth claiming are simply absent. So treat the $2,500 as a cap rather than a target.

What Changes on Day 31?

This is the part the promotions page never mentions.

The 10% rakeback is a Welcome Package rate. It isn’t the ongoing one.

Cloudbet’s own tier table puts Bronze through Ruby at 5%. Only Diamond and Blue Diamond earn 10%.

And Ruby begins at $10,000,000 of lifetime turnover. So virtually every player on the site sits at 5%.

We put that straight to support. The reply: “After the 30-day Welcome Package ends, the 10% rakeback stops.”

That is a halving, disclosed nowhere a new player would look. Honestly, we would rather see 5% advertised plainly than 10% advertised for a month.

Other Promotions

The ongoing list is short. You have got only five promos, and one of them is the loyalty program.

• Cloudbet Rewards, eight tiers carrying rakeback, TURBO boosts, and level-up cash
• Pragmatic Drops and Wins, with weekly prizes advertised above 50,000
• A referral program paying 2.5% lifetime rakeback on players you bring in
• Casino tournaments, which run as short bursts rather than a standing ladder
• Daily and weekly cash drops, which continue after the welcome period ends

The tournaments are worth understanding before you plan around them. Seventeen have finished, with pools from $3,000 to $25,000.

But the hub sits empty between events. On the day we checked it read “No active tournaments at the moment”.

So treat them as a bonus rather than a fixture.

TURBO is the mechanic worth understanding. Claiming a reward starts a timer that lifts your rakeback for 20 minutes at Bronze and 90 at Blue Diamond.

But again, the level-up cash is thinner than the headline. Silver’s five levels pay $15 in total, and Gold’s pay $75.

The $9.97M Cloudbet advertises sits inside Blue Diamond, which starts at a billion dollars of lifetime turnover. So, good luck with that.

Available Games

Cloudbet’s lobby is larger than its sportsbook reputation suggests. We counted more than 1,700 slots and close to 80 studios on the site’s own category pages.

And every game page prints its RTP, studio, and volatility before you open it. Very few casinos publish all three.

The sections below cover where that library is strongest, and where it thins out.

Cloudbet Originals

There are 23 Originals, and the shelf has grown by seven since our last review.

Crash, Coin Flip, Hi Lo, and Dragon’s Tower are all new arrivals.

Each tile prints its RTP on the card, and the published figures cluster at 99%.

Cloudbet Blackjack tops the list at 99.43%. Diamonds sits lowest of the published ones at 98.29%.

Every Original also carries a Provably fair: Yes line in its details panel. Third-party slots carry no such line.

Cloudbet publishes the whole protocol too. Server seeds are hashed with SHA3-256 into a commitment you receive before you play.

The round signature then feeds SHAKE256, which generates the outcome. A calculator on the site re-runs any past round from its seeds.

It is the clearest demonstration of how provably fair casino games are verified. No casino we cover explains it better.

High RTP Slots and High Roller Games

Still, these two areas are the strongest reason to pick Cloudbet over a bigger lobby.

The High RTP shelf holds 277 games. And the High Roller shelf holds 105, with max bets climbing to $87,000 a spin.

Both are real filters rather than marketing labels. Every game tile here carries its numbers, so you can compare each before you play.

Cloudbet also lets you filter by volatility directly, which is the pairing that makes the high RTP collection useful.

Live Tables and Game Shows

The live floor is where Cloudbet’s size actually shows.

You have 110 blackjack tables to choose from. And roulette runs to 90 tables, with baccarat clearing 60.

Live casino game shows add another 51 titles on top, and Evolution supplies much of it.

Sic Bo gets eight tables. Craps gets exactly one, which tells you where the demand sits at this casino.

The lobby also flags SEATS AVAILABLE or TABLE FULL on each tile. You will notice that within about a minute of arriving.

Poker and Table Games

Cloudbet’s poker section holds 25 games, and every one is house-banked.

That means Casino Hold’em, Caribbean Poker, and a run of crypto video poker machines. You play the dealer, not other players.

Sadly, there is no poker room here. No cash tables, no tournaments, and nobody to read their bluffs.

So if that is what you came for, Bspin runs an actual poker room. Cloudbet does not claim otherwise, but the section name invites some confusion.

The Sportsbook and Esports

Cloudbet was a sportsbook before it was a casino, and it still shows.

We counted close to 30 sports, from the majors down to pesapallo and chess. The politics markets survived too.

And esports covers eight titles, including Counter-Strike, Dota 2, and Valorant. Respectable but not deep.

Whale Mode is the feature worth knowing about in this area. It breaks a large stake into smaller bets until your full target is filled.

You set the size and a minimum odds floor, and it places the bets automatically. Pre-match singles only.

We have not seen that tool anywhere else. It is why Cloudbet still ranks where it does among our sportsbook rankings.

Design, Experience, and Mobile

The redesign has landed since our last review, and the site moves faster than its size suggests.

The Pulse feature is the big surprise of this update. It is a social layer with leaderboards, a live bet feed, chat rooms, and bots competing on strategy.

Nothing else we cover has tried this, and it is the most interesting thing Cloudbet has built lately.

But the community chat is gated behind $100 of wagering. Ours read “Wager $100.00 more to access chat”, which is an odd wall to put around a social feature.

The lobby is dense but well organized. Every category sits in a left rail that stays put as you scroll.

Languages and Mobile Play

Cloudbet runs in 16 languages, including Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Brazilian Portuguese.

But the help center covers only 15. Romanian is the one that did not make it across.

There is no mobile app, and Cloudbet says so plainly. It also warns that any Cloudbet app you find is fake.

Customer Service and Support

Support runs on 24/7 live chat and email, with no phone line.

• Live chat, which opens on Cloudbet’s AI assistant
• A stated route to a human, by typing “team” into the chat window
• Email support, with a few hours quoted as the response time
• VIP hosts on WhatsApp or Telegram, from the Sapphire tier upward

So we ran the chat ourselves and asked a few questions. Every answer came back inside a minute.

It was clearly a bot. But it was a good one, and it answered things the site does not publish anywhere.

It also checked our account unprompted, replying “Your account currently has no phone number verified.”

And the whole exchange took under three minutes, against a published promise of a reply “within minutes”.

Cloudbet routes responsible gambling requests through this same chat, which is the right place for them.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Security

Deposits are free on every coin and every network. We checked all 30 tokens on Cloudbet’s fee page, and the deposit column reads zero throughout.

And withdrawal fees are the bare network cost, published per coin and per network.

But picking your network matters. USDT runs across seven of them, and Ethereum across four including Base and Arbitrum.

One warning straight from Cloudbet’s help pages. A deposit below the minimum will not be credited, and it does not come back.

The cashier is the plainest we have used. It shows your minimum deposit, the network, and the contract address on the same screen.

Zcash is one of the 30 tokens supported, and it puts Cloudbet among the shrinking list of Zcash casinos.

Verification and What It Unlocks

This is where Cloudbet surprised us.

You do not need to verify anything to withdraw. Support confirmed it flatly: “Yes, withdrawals still go through with no phone number added at all.”

The trade-off is a $2,200 daily withdrawal cap and a $2,200 lifetime deposit cap until you verify.

But phone verification is Level 1, and it lifts nothing. Only Level 2 does.

That means photo ID, proof of address, and face verification, handled through Sumsub. Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.

So the honest summary is this. You can play and cash out anonymously at small stakes, and going bigger brings the documents out.

Licensing and Safer Play

The site holds a license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/328/0599. The operator is Halcyon Super Holdings B.V.

And RNGs are certified and tested externally, but Cloudbet never names the testing house. That is a gap for a site this old.

Two clauses deserve a flag. Accounts idle for over 12 months can be suspended.

And the terms reserve a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals.

We found no such charge on the published fee table. But the clause sits in the terms all the same.

The terms never mention VPNs. Support’s line is that it cannot advise on third-party tools, which is neither a ban nor a blessing.

Around 20 jurisdictions are blocked, covering the whole of the US and UK, plus Germany, France, Spain, and Australia.

The safer gambling suite here is the most complete part of the site. Deposit limits, cooling-off from 24 hours to three months, and self-exclusion from one year to lifetime are all available.

Cloudbet goes further than most here. But setting a loss limit before you need one is what nobody does early enough.

Verdict

Cloudbet has spent the last two years rebuilding almost everything except its reputation.

The result is a site that does the hard parts well and the obvious parts badly.

Free deposits, cashouts with nothing verified, and a properly documented set of Originals are all real advantages.

But the $2,500 headline has no path attached. And the 10% rakeback lasts exactly 30 days.
